Reservations
Due to the popularity of our spa we highly recommend making your spa reservations at least two weeks, more during the summer and holidays, prior to your arrival. We take spa reservations as far as one year out and you are welcome to make your spa reservations when you book your stay in the area. All reservations need to be guaranteed against a credit card or gift card number. (See Cancellation)
Spa Attire
A robe and slippers will be provided to you upon arrival at the spa when you are having spa treatments and by request if you are having only nail treatments. You will be assigned a locker to store your personal items. We encourage you to leave any valuables behind, as locker space is limited.
Sauna
The use of the Sauna is complimentary with a spa treatment to all of our guests at least 18 years old. Oak Haven Resort guests who would like to use the sauna but are not receiving spa treatments may do so for an access fee of $35. Reservation for sauna is required and is subject to availability and blackout days.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at the spa at least 20-30 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment. This will enable you to have plenty of time to enjoy your entire spa experience. We encourage you to arrive in time to shower or use the sauna before your spa treatments to begin your relaxation. We understand our guest’s time is valuable and endeavor to begin each treatment at the scheduled time. Therefore all treatments are ended on time even for late arrivals and the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment reserved.
Cancellation
If you must cancel, we would be happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. However, if this is not possible a 24 hour cancellation notice is required for treatments scheduled Monday thru Thursday and a 48 hour notice is required for Fridays and Saturdays. Failure to comply will result in full charge of the treatments booked to the credit card or gift card on file.
Gratuities
Gratuities will not be included in the cost of your spa treatments but are always appreciated. The same quality of service will be provided with or without gratuity as your personal recommendation is our best reward. For your convenience you can leave gratuities upon checkout in provided tip envelopes or charged on your credit/debit card.
Health Concerns
Kindly alert our staff of any health concerns you may have when making your spa reservations. Some of our treatments may not be appropriate if you have certain health conditions. We will be happy to answer any questions you have and recommend treatments suited to your needs.
Spa Etiquette
The spa is a haven of relaxation and sereneness. To provide all of our guests the ultimate spa experience we ask that cellular phones and pagers be left in your car, purse, or locker on silent, not vibrate. Please keep voices down inside the relaxation area and quiet room as others are enjoying their treatments. Only those receiving spa treatments will be permitted inside the relaxation area.
